The MHR team2 kit is a pretty extreme kit...the crank cases are gonna have to be matched to the barrell at the least to get anywhere near the power potential that kit can produce
what about this setup mate RACING CRANKSHAFT HEBO (HPC) MALOSSI FLY CLUTCH (105MM) YASUNI C16 RACING MALOSSI X SPECIAL KEVLAR BELT MALOSSI CARB-KIT 19MM CYLINDER KIT 70CC MALOSSI MHR REP. VARIOMATIC MALOSSI MULTIVAR ROLLERS: 7,0 GR
yeah 21mm carb kit really or a 20.5mm off a sp125/180 MHR rep is a good kit if you wanna keep the bike daily driveable
ive orderd that new pm pipe for 50s/70s and a mhr rep 70 kit so will tell you how it goes when i get it put on and set up right
13k ish... powerband is best between 8k and 13 depending on the pipe. with a yasuni it will love to rev
Tell us how that pipe runs. It looks quite agressive in the convergent cone. I think it will hit very hard but be quite narrow.
deffo gonna be a verry narrow pipe.. dont like the look of it for such a small barrel tbh. but we shal see once pm actually submit a dyno sheet
youll find its very quiet at 1st...and a bit tinny sounding. but it does get less tinny as the baffles oil up a bit over time I didnt mind the sound...more stealth like...I could creep up on the chavs imp:
yeah thats 1 of the reasons i took my Doppler filter off...got fed up rideing around on a SHOUTY!!! scooter...plus the fact it didnt go any quicker than the modded std box
inside the box theres an air slot where the air passes from one side of the filter element to the other...i made this bigger.. Then i took the trunking off the front of the box and made the inlet hole a little bigger...and fitted a slightly larger smoother flowing plastic inlet elbow i found at work.. i then deburred the outlet hole that the rubber that joins the carb to the box itself fits onto
