alright i got a piaggio nrg power no mods on it. then i added a new technigas exhaust ( which u all say r shit but i didnt have a clue then), then i added some lighter rollers ( the ones which cam wit the exhaust). now the problem is when i pull off at a junction the revs seem to stick on 5-6k rpm. then after a while (lyk a few seconds) it will jump up to 9-10k Rpm. anyone got any ideas why this would happen. btw i put the orginal piaggio exhuast back on and it was fine.
clutch springs are not stiff enuff.. its when the clutch locks to the bell your revs go up. and please resize the avitar.. WAY too big an it will be removed
i did as you said and bought some polini clutch springs which are 10% stiffer. when i fitted them the engine would now only rev to 3k on full throttle??!!! :wtf: the kit came with two springs a blue and a white. a fitted the blue first then the white with the same out come. any one got any ideas as why it isnt working any more, because im sure i fitted everything back together probably
sounds to me like you bought a contra spring set and not clutch springs at all!!! The polini clutch spring set comes with 4 sets of 3 springs....of which the black or green set would be what you need
Hi my aerox has a laser xpro exhaust and wen i start it up it flies but then wen it warms up it goes slow then wen i get up to 30mph it takes of again whats rong thanks
not sure but i have something like that.. from cold my ped basically power wheelies then about a minute later that bottom end power seems to have gone
i reccomend green powerbands to both of you. you can pick them up from any good reputable bike shop,or your local co-op.
thanks the for thinking of an explanation. but i did buy clutch springs i just jamed the belt when i refitted it so the engine was under strain on low revs but it finally sorted it self out. and it has class acceleration, well compared to what i was used to :w00t: btw the polini pack i got was only with 2 springs, a blue one and a white one.
What are they?? and btw atm i have standard rollers in my aerox could tht be the reason, if yes i am gettin a selection of polini rollers 2 moro thanks
