I like the way things are going with my rebuild unk: I am however in two minds about having the bodywork panels repainted Evo kits - are they worth the money and what is the fit like ??
Cheers Eski, I had been told the opposite to be honest. In that they could be a bastard to fit or they did not look right once the were fitted - even after a load of fettling....... Anyone else out there want to voice an opinion ?
Personally mate they look wicked They look better if the insides and the foot bits are sprayed in fav colour or somthing but yeah there only 200quid worth it all day long
£200 !! where from ?? The cheapest outlet that I am aware of is donotlink Ped Stop.... Unless you know somethin I don't
235 from donotlink still cheap mate i seen em for 200 im sure i did ill check mate and post link if i find em
i think evo panels look pretty tidy the only fitting problems i heard of was when people were mixing evos with stock panels, having random gaps and hassle sam
yeah they look nice but if your so unlucky to fall of the panels are thin and ull end up with holes in them where aqs the standards are a lot thicker.. but yeah they look nice and are a bargin for the price you pay for them
cheaper than a respray so well worth it in my book.. makes an uygly bike look ugly so no change there
second hand but dont look bad in that pic £180 http://www.gumtree.com/london/00/24999900.html
Thanks for your help fellas. You have give me food for thought. Am looking at possibly a set of either red or yellow. As my wheels have been powder coated 'soft' yellow......
They are a bastard to fit, not that good looking IMO. They are not as well designed as the original panels. Yeah sure, the look alright. But a Runner with good nick standard panels with a crazy paint job looks miles better I think
