Et4 not start3

Hi all I am new to the forum and new to owning a scooter I could do with some ad ice

I bought a vespa et4 125 as a project
It started once when I got it and will not
Start at all now its got a new fuel tap spark plug with spark I have cleaned
The carb but it seems no fuel is getting
To the plug fuel is in carb I have tried easy start it only runs until it evaporateds
Any help please

 

Take the fuel lines off the carb, suck on vacuum pipe to see if petrol flows !

 

Done that and it does

 

Found problem fuel pipe too long
