hi all, i have recently got a 2001 zip 50, shame its a 50 though, was just wondering if anyone might know if there are any 2 stroke 125 engines out there that will fit in the 50 frame? or any engines requiring light mods to fit in? many thanks dub!

typhoon 125 small drum is the best engine for a zip conversion because you can use the small zip wheels the main problem is the loom you need a typhoon 125 loom which are very rare
Typhoon 125 small drum as northrider says, then you'll need the wiring loom etc and it'll all need to be wired up. It's a real ball ache and anything but a simple swap! Smile it puts on your face when finished though, makes it well worth it. :good:
