ok well me and jj gonna rebuild the bottom end on his engine, fit new main bearings as the shop he got it done at before fucked it up.

just want a little advice on measuring the end float? wanna do it properly this time so if minor confusion has a spare 2 mins that would be great!!

endfloat is hard to messure and tricky to explain. your feeling in and out movment on the crank so you know the bearings are in the centre of the race's... without the seals installed the engine should be COMPLETLY free spinning, centred and have a tiny bit of in and out movment on ether side of the crank. if you dont understand this just plain dont fit the crank yourself LOL if the engines brought my way i can do it cheap if im literally slinging a crank in and showing you whats what.. belive i quoted him for a ride in ride out service befor (cant keep track of who ive told what tbh)

Did you manage to fit the new crank and get it in?
