    Hi,

What do you think about this..

It's a hard hammering noise that disappear when increasing the revs..

    is there any vibration?
and is it me or does it not go away with higher revs. just gets higher pitched?

i want to say theres definatly something amiss, but cant really put my finger on what

No, I checked that just now, it sits just firmly...

Maybe i didn't get the exhaust pipe on correctly?

But I can't see or feel any smoke emitting from there..

Yes, sounds like that to me to, but I checked around behind the vario cover.. Can see what it could be...

check that the kick start is all tight and not loose from the inside

New vid, I've checked that the starter bendix goes back, and the kick start clog does not seem to touch the vario nut or so..

    Very strange..

piston or crank sounds FUCKED...... check the obvious tho, kickstart plate is bolted down (inside)clutch is all in one peice still, rollers aint mangled, everytrhing else is tight... honestly sounds like piston slap or the big/small end bearing... altho small end isnt this loud. grab the flywheel and rock it back an forth a few mm ether direction... if you feel any taps strip it, somethings fucked

first run the engine sounded/seemed real tight...

id almost certianly say piston slap, wrong size piston..... but why would it be fine befor hand, unless it was new rings, wrong piston and the rings have given up... check the other bikts i mentioned and DO NOT run this engine till you figure it out...
EDIT, watched the dyno clip again, rattle is there in that, just not as loud....
