engine low and hitting frame

does any one know why this is. im not to sure if i need spring to rise the engine abit :emb:. when i break i hear a knocking sound and its the head hittin the frame

 

get a subframe which makes ur engine go back abit.

 

where can i get that from and its for a nrg 172

 

erm saw 1 on scooter-attack i fink not sure but pm shiny-red he does all srts of things or u can do 1 ur self.

 

yh im goin to ask shiny red but i hear that he busy alot and i need one asap. it just needs liftin up abit it hangs down and when i break just hits the frame. whats the springs on the mount for :emb:

 

why not try to put somecloth or soemting to not damage the engine u can bodge someting lol

 

lol its not getting damage but just knocks abit. i will look at it tomorrow to see if there is a way to rise it. but i wanted to know what do the springs do on the mount

i had that problem with my nrg i just left it and i think it slightly dented the frame (couldnt notice it tho) where it hits and stopped i had a pm head and skull cap though so it didnt do any damage.

 

in the red circle thats where the head hits the frame

 

how about a longer shock or am i thinkin in the wrong direction

 

not to sure my self lol. if i cant do it by tomorrow just puttin the new panels on and riding it dont really bother me no more have had enough

yh you deffinetly need a longer shock or a jack up kit, i had the same problem and i put an ice shock on it and now its kl, jus a bit like riding a horse but youll get used to it.
