hi could anyone help me!? my setup is : Polini sport 70cc kit polini 21mm carb motorforce racing crank polini variator kit doppler s3r exhaust i am getting my engine back tomorrow and need to know what the situation on upjetting would be. i mean because iv got a 21mm carb what do i have to do to upjet, or dont I? if i do can anyone please tell me what jet i need as well as roller weight if you happen to know. thanks in advance for replies as i need to get it sorted
well roughly 10% for kit. 5% for pipe then a coupl for carb. start really big then try working down till you get a nice chocolate brown coloured plug. richer better than leaner. maybe minor or someone else maybe be able to give you a ver very good starting point but that a general place to start
he's away at the minute so i cant ask him. i believe the standard jet is 86 so jet size about 100 would be ok i think. weight of rollers will be difficult to get right. does anyone know? thanks for advice kyle1b1
no, your'e running a 21mm carb therefore the standard jetting wont be anything to judge off, start at about 90, i think you're gonna want about 86 (will check what my area51 is running later on for you)
