if your getting port work done and a new bottom end, go polini evo 70 kit, with yasuni c21 exhaust and a 21-25 ml carb.

    you WILL shit yourself.

    well....

no need for porting the barrel if you want the polini evo kit.

if your on a budget, stick with malossi mhr rep kit, or polini corsa kit

    with aa 21 ml carb, and a c 16

if your flowing the cases then i personally would go for an MHR rep kit...

i would use a 21mm carb instead of the 19mm

I would never bolt a viper exhaust to any of my scoots...x-pro at least or preferably C16 with above set up...

The B.G.M evo is a good reasonably priced crank...ive just ordered one myself around £88 from S.C.... ;)

EDIT: forget about the C16...cause ive just thought im pretty sure they dont make em for your scooter :D

only available for minarelli and piaggio engined scooters...

couple of people i no went through a LOT of pm tuning 70 kits apparently theyre only designed for a few races and not occasional road use so they dont last too long but bloody powerful kits whilst they last ;)

right, ive decided on my plan now

im keeping it standard, as i cant be arsed with the hassle of setting up etc.

    just prettty much renewing things.

    so thinking of,

    clutch
    50kit
    seal kit etc
variator kit with belt rollers etc

also thinking about porting the cases to match the barrel...good idea?

all the bits id need to rebuild with seals, bearings etc, and a clutch and vari kit come to £100, not bad tbh

    advice on porting?

dont bother with what you said tbh its pointless....

you say you want a variator kit on a fifty, theres not much point to be honest unless youve got alot of power

you want to keep to a 50 but match it and port it - thats pointless, i bet a bolt on 70 sport kit with no other mods could beat that

its been said many o' times before

a bore kit is the best pund for pound method of increasing brake horse power than anything even with a std pipe...

do whatever the hell your'e going to do, if a dozen people suggest a good setup, follow your heart and buy the shittest group of parts you can because the box is pretty, then decide not to bother because "it's too much hassle".

if your'e asking advice then take some notice of it. i get more of a reaction from my bedroom wall than i do from people who decide to ask questions they already have their own answers to.

now i'm off to the kitchen for a conversation with the kettle about weather i should tune the shit out of my c90 or not.
