So today I've had some electrical problems on my ped, it didn't have much oil in it, and as far as I'm aware, it won't let you start it when there's no oil in it.
It did this at first but then decided to start.

I went for a ride, went back home and put some oil in it then it was totally ballsed.
The oil warning light kept flashing randomly or staying on, and the indicators won't work properly (sometimes flashing really dim, sometimes not at-all, or trying to)

THEN I stopped it, tried to start it and it was asif I'd taken the battery off or something, turned the key and NOTHING would work, indicators, brake lights, nothing.

Shook it around a lot, (looking like a complete and utter special) And finally got it running.
Although the oil light was permanently on, indicators still ballsed and the fuel gauge wouldn't work.

    Dafauq is going on? ;cc
    It's a Sym Jet btw.

Turns out it was a fuse.
It was held in with a pathetic little clip at each end, and it wasn't connecting properly.
Fixed professionally with a whole tonne of tape
