Well i took my Honda Lead 100cc apart yesterday to helicoil the spark plug hole, now ive rebuilt the scooter and it will not start. When i press the start button, the full beam comes on, and when i clip jump leads on to the negative side of the battery there is no power, unless i clip the lead to the frame. Ive also got a feeling it has no spark as i connected jump leads to the starter motor and it just spins over :/ dont suppose anyone knows what ive done, or not done haha

i would start by checking all the connections on the loom near where you have been working, may have disturbed the wiring. also check the earth straps to the engine.
