i have been trying to get my electric start to work but no joy. theres is 12v goin to the starter motor etc. when i take the motor off and connect it while holding it it spins really fast but when i put the motor back on the ped it doesnt spin hardly as if its too hard for it 2 turn the engine. the starter cogs/pinion seem ok and spin etc. also my engine kicks/turns over fine. any ideas? cheers
the battery is fairly new and is charged so i didnt think it would be that. wen i engage the motor the pinion engages etc but only turns the engine over a bit
g give all the connections a clean,check the engine earth,but i agree with minor think your batts clapped.
