basically i sold something on ebay, and the guy didnt reply to emails for days, so i gave a second chance offer to someone who was 2nd in the bidding and he has paid and i sent item to him, now the original guy is sayin he wants to pay, and being quite a dick about not replying before, saying it was my fault :msn1: shall i just accept his payment, and then say i sent the item and it must of got lost in post, as is only an tiny package im sending him, so i wont send it recorded or anything, is there anyway they can prove that I did not send it. thanks (please dont cll me a conning bastard, just after advice) lol

init negative feedback is a bitch.. they are some cunts... ermmm in your item did you say anything like the winner must reply in blaa blaa days and payment must be sent in blaa blaa days.... if it was less then a week and u sold the item then it kinda is your fault... espcialy if u didnt say they must reply in a certain amount of time...just dnt accept payment..
just send him a polite message explaining the situation, tbh if you tell someone your going to buy something and dont pay whats the point .?? unless they said they have changed their mind .
if he gives you negative feekback you can reply to that feedback n just say, he took to long to reply to my emails so sold to a different person. then when every1 looks at ur feedback they see the negative feedback he left and you comment to that feeback underneith.
