(jog rr 2009) Dont really want to upgrade to a 70cc. I've got a Yasuni-z exhaust and changed my rollers, haven't done anything eles. I'm well happy with the bike but wouldn't mind it being a little faster. any idea's what i could do?

wen putting variator on you dont need to upjet carb, and the variator is a bit lighter and runs smother

I have a pollini hi speed kit (£ 41 from pedparts) and have been very happy with it. I did have to go from a 3.5g roller in the standard variator to a 5g in the Pollini. It just revved it's nuts off without going any where with the lighter weights. The kit comes with 6.5 gramme but has the clutch springs included.

Definitely do the variator, minarelli ones are shite!

Get yourself some polini reeds and a 17.5mm carb too, you won't be disappointed ;)
