does it cause i problem if i was to fit a smaller drive belt to my engine? i bought i new one and it happens to be about 1.5 inchs shorter than the original bearing in mind the one i had on previously has been riden for 4k miles, so it may of stretched a bit. the original has a product number of 436864 while the new one has a number of 828223
what does fitting a malossi belt compared with the standred belt do (sorry for hi-jacking this tread but thort it would be easier.
longer gearing at any point as the belts thicker.. means more top end with a little accell loss.. rolerd up right you get an extra 1-2mph without any losses but your better off using it with a malossi variator as it wears qucik on a stock item
