drive belt help

Just snaped/ripped my drive belt to pieces after doing 45mph just off a roundabout, and need to change it... But I was wondering if I need some sort of locking tool to take off the static pulley sproket.. 'That starter engages onto' to start the ped..

Gilera runner vx 125 53 plate. Thank you.

 

Use a rattle gun to take front pulley off. You will need a variator locking tool and torque wrench to tighten it up. 75Nm.

the drive belt is not the problem! the problem is you nearly made me kill myself then do an illegal undertake round the corner from a busy police station

 

Haha shadap! Wasn't my fault my rear wheel locked up..
