DREADED WEAK SPARK / NO SPARK ON AEROX

Ok I have aerox that had been standing for months but would always fire up no problem daily, i removed all panels to spray put most back on & sure enough lost the spark. Spent a full weel with multimeter & finally after a 12 marathon session on all the electrics it was sparking up at the drop of a hat again 1st time every time,not 100% certain though which wire was causing the problem though as i checked & bypassed a couple of 2 & 4 pin plastic joiners IE .....i joined wires from pick straight into main loom ( white / blue / red & white etc. Again whatever i done bike fired up daily no problem until a few days ago. I did see a very weak spark yesterday & i know my battery wasn't upto much so i thought great a new battery was the problem but still no good no spark at all now. The following im certain are OK black wires from CDI / blue & white from CDI now then the Brown i have tested this by the 12V bulb test inbetween CDI & Negative battery terminal bit it keeps blowing my fuse could anyone see this being the problem ?? Scared to run the same test to the Coil with Orange wire as im running out of fuses & patience.just gor the record compression is spot on got new plug on new battery no air leaks from carb etc.......cheers david....

 

Cheers i took the full loom off & checked every wire , im convinced its something really simple which i have overlooked. Just seem mad everytime i go to build bike back up i keep loosing spark....im now double checking coil wire & the brown wire, worh mentioning that earth wire coming fron just below the horn isn't going anywhere or attached to any other wire......
