I don't know if you heard it at the end but I'm sure I heard a couple of pops from the exhaust as well. Any ideas?

    Sounds fine to me.
If anything might want a SLIGHT valve adjustment but other than that, nothing unusual.

Thanks, I know its still running a bit lean so I'll be playing with the carb at work tonight (fuel/air and idle screw) Worried I'm going to fuck it up and it won't start and be stuck at work in the morning arg.

You sure? I posted a picture of my spark plug about a month ago and everyone was like woah way too lean, can't I damage piston rings and melt shit if I leave this too long?

takes a lot to do that, make it a little richer, takes like two minutes if you know how.
Sounds fine to me though. Its how most 4 strokes are. the Kymco agility citys are extremely lean from standard anyway to meet European emission restrictions!

Is no other sources nearby. I'm in an wide open and empty car park next to the building and the fields.

Think you may have generated the noise yourself, from some movement/action.

Not sure what you can hear, iv listened a few times and can't hear clicking. At the end I can hear a couple of exhaust pops it seems to do that when I turn off the ignition.
