Standard rollers are pink coloured 19x15.5mm and weigh 7.2grams... when derestricted with the standard pipe they are recommended to be replaced with 6.4grams.

5.5 gram rollers i'd say. but have you de-rizzed the variator? also the exhaust may have the restrictor cone still in it

First thing to do is make sure its sealed properly.... if thats all fine, then i would assume the end can needs repacking. Buy some cheap baffle-pak from ebay or similar, normally only about £3 a bag and repack it.

ok ill give that a try, ive also noticed a dent on the pipe near the end where it connects onto the cylinder.....could this be a reason why its so loud?

start the bike and move ur hand around the hole of the exhaust and see if u can feel any air, then ull know if it has a hole, not tight at the cylinder or ur end cans leaking
