Re: Does anyone know anything about... If you've got the budget, go for Axo or Alpine stars top range boots with good development and plenty of protection Just make sure you try them on before buying tho' coz its like lids, they' aint comfortable for all and its an individual fit thing. Remember you've also got to walk about in these if you go anywhere
Re: Does anyone know anything about... Yeh Alpinestars m8 very good boots. theres lots 2 choose from but if i was you i'd go for the Alpinestars Tech 3's there nice and cheap there like cheapeast £150 but there worth it.
Re: Does anyone know anything about... All depends on what your willing to pay, my boots were well below £100 if I remember (been using them for years now) and there comfy with good shin and ankle protection. IMO the extra price on named brands isnt relative to the extra protection (to a certain extent anyway) so dont go too mad. Edit: oops thought these posts were july rather than june  .
Working at a motorcycle shop has it pro's. We're a TCX supplier so i've tried all their boots. For a short boot, try the SIDI streetburners, pimp ass little boots, good protection, and i always use mine for commuting or mini motoing. As for a awesome boot, Get yourself a pair of PUMA 1000V2's. The "Ghost Doctor" System on that bike is amazing, no more ankle injuries, and considering i'm just getting over wrecked ligaments in my foot i highly rate them. http://www.bigbikebook.com/15030/PU...ogle&utm_medium=froogle&utm_campaign=pid15030
Can't no longer be doing with high boots so I bought some AlpineStars shorts. Can't remember what they cost me now as I've had them a while They have full ankle protection, steel underfoot, reinforced gear section, are fairly waterproof and light weight...can't fault 'em :amen:
