    Hi,

My DNA 50 seems to die when I open the throttle fully when it is warm! It's ok when its cold but as soon as it has been running a couple of minutes i have o hol the throttle half open to get it to keep going. As soon as i open throttle full it just bogs down.

    Any ideas?

Like stig says check air screw, could be running slightly lean on jetting or I had similar problem once down to a worn roller!

Ok, i will try the air screw. Also, the bike seems to have no power, going up hill it just seems to slow down, it atill aounds like it i revving though. Could that be roller related?

or in that case it could also be the clutch slipping

main jet i reckon, the air screw only operates at the 1st 1/4 turn.

my lads zip suddenly developed a bogging in at the top end. You had to back the throttle off to stop it dying. It sounded like it was missing BIG STYLE if you pinned it to the stop...adjusting the mixture screw sorted it
