hi every1 doing a zip conversion project at the mo wanted to put in a vxr 200 engine with a 210kit but some cunts niked my old gilly out my garden which had it in. :rant: as every1 knows there pretty damn hard to get a'hold of a 200cc nowadays so gonna try and get a vxr 180 engine (still got the kit but not sure if i wanna risk reliability) and was wondering does it matter what cdi i get (vx125, vxr180, vxr200) as i was told before that with a 200 engine and a 210 kit it was better to run a vx 125 cdi but to make sure had a gear up to stop over rev, also was told that mallossi cdi can cause detonation in untuned engines (other than the gear up, malossi multivar with torque spring, carb and maybe 210kit not really goin to do much modding) AND before everyone tells me im wasting my time get a 2t im bored of 172's ect and want it mainly for reliability and no more hairdryer buzzing noise lol also no one has done a zip conversion with 4t, and i no about the big wheels ect gonna use ice forks (what are the smallest wheels i can fit to them) i also want to keep the imobilizer fuctioning as the kids around my estate are broke pikeys and i will be using vx clocks & bars so the light will still work too i came off my dt and broke my gear leg so back on the scooter flex but im gonna take my time on this build when i get all the bits and get a propa plan of what its gonna be like in my head im gonna post it in the projects section :good: currently looking for: vxr 180/200 engine with carb, loom (reg,rec ect) CDI with key and barrel (not sure which 1) Any help is apreciated :beg: thanks in advance peeps!
