Derestricting Giannalli Pipe..

Just wondering, As I was told that in the giannelli pipe I have (chrome one) that you can SEE a washer without taking the exhaust apart, now I cant see anything, so unless it has already been derestricted by the shop I bought it from, he's talking shit, SO the question is, where are the restrictions in the giannelli pipe? cheers!

 

In the downpipe, you'll see it. If not you'll see it dremelled out. Its in the top bit that fastens to the barell

 

there might be a washer between the silencer and the down pipe
