push those bearings out and get the casings degreased that will give you a good idea what the cases are like. that crank is a mess you could clean it up but then its a risk running it, maybe better to install a new crank with bearings and seals. i have faith that the two case halfs will clean up ok alloy wont rust like carbon steel / stainless steel as those bearings and crank have. maybe able to salvage the bottom half of engine. im not sure if the cylinder would have faired to well if its a nicseal job and the rings got a bit damp and icky
