dented exhaust

i have an aerox with a leovince tt exhaust the pipe has the odd small dent in it but there is quite a large one just near the exhaust manifold it is on the corner leading to the expansion barrel - could this cause perfomance drop it is a big dent but does nto protrude that much inwards more of a flat spot - if it is a problem whats the best way to remove it ? cheers tom

 

Any dents that change the original shape of the pipe will
effect performance....sorry buddy
