got one of the carbs built up, but i dont know how i would attach the throttle and the choke? also theres a small brass pipe im guessing is for oil? and 2 black pipes pointing upwards, im guessing these are breathers?

Firstly if its for anything less than a 172 id stay away tbh cos it WILL make it run shit without lots of setting up (even with IMO)

You put the throttle cable through the bigger hole in one of those metal disc thingys then thread it through the slide and push the disc thingy all the way down to keep it in.

The two bits either side (they dont always point up) are breathers.

The brass bit is added after probably for oil (god knows why they put it there though id be suprised if it even does anything:confused: )

its for a 100cc, the carb i had was cracked and i dont have the money to buy a new one at the minute so my mate gave me two of these 28mm carbs, i thought any carbs better than a cracked carb, and cheers for the help mate :)

Might be able to get away with it on a 100. The extra fuel this thing will drink in the n ext month will more than likely pay for a brand new carb though :D. If it was me id ebay it (about £30) and buy a smaller one if its just meant for replacement
