Since i put my dellorto 17.5 ml carbon on my aerox 50 i haven't been able to get the setup right i don't know if.its the carbon or the rollers but the bike only gets to about 40 mph okay it's a 50 but i would be happier hitting 50 which i know a 50 can do i have a zx pipe but it had 100 mounts objecn it when i got it and i have a size 79 jet in buft the jet size for the 12 ml carbon should be at 72 i tried it but it had little difference when i go to rev sometimes the bike will bog and nearly cut out and when it accelerates it starts off lower the rev then build up high and then drop back down again i really don't know where i am with this one the needle is second from the bottom notch and seems to be fine on fuel does anyone have any ad
    vice ??

roller weight is incorrect.... probably too heavy for the bigger carb hence your engine is stuck at a lower rpm where your bigger carb cant produce power. the joy's of fitting bigger carbs. lost venturi effect = lost rpm.. you have a similar ammount of air going through your big carb as you did the smaller one, its moving slower tho, so you need to let the engine rev a little more freely = lighter rollers.

keep dropping it untill the revs dont die.. the lighter you go the slower the revs will drop off... the idea is the revs should drop SLIGHTLY once it comes off the clutch then stay constant.

the bigger carb will.... you dont gain anythign from rollers, you loose ether top speed or acceleartion from the wrong rollers. people think its the other way round (lighter for accel heavier for top end) but its just not the case. anyone who finds this IS the case has gone way too heavy or way too light on them. but ye. drop a couple gram's and see what its saying :)
