    hi all
I have a 2012 aerox and on it I have a stage 6 exhaust, 80main jet, polini variator (but not yet fitted springs in the clutch), 5g rollers and polini belt. When I start riding it will take a while to pull off and also when it hits around 20mph the power kicks into about 55-60mph but sometimes the power don't even kick in and it slow makes its way up to 30mph and stays there is there anyway I could stop the "Dead Zone" need advise.
    Thanks

Does throttle position make any difference to the dead spot happening?

Most likely transmission issue then, have you checked the rollers are not flat spotted or getting stuck in the variator? Also has this probelm always been there or only started after something was fitted?

It only started happening when the polini variator and belt and all that was fitted and brought the rollers yesterday so I k i.e. they don't have a flat spot

Maybe try a lower weight roller. The ones fitted now could be too heavy and throwing the gearing to a higher ratio too early

What roller Wright do you suggest I get for it and could it also be happening because the springs haven't been put in the clutch yet ?

The clutch springs shouldn't make a dramatic difference as they mainly effect the pull away, stiffer springs give better initial acceleration off the line. I would try 4g rollers and see how it goes from there. The trick is to find a roller weight that keeps the engine on its optimum power band at all times. It can be a fair bit of trial and error with different roller weights until you find what works best for your build.:)

Put the rollers in with the plastic covered side facing the left
