Hi, my wife has bought a scooter which has never been registered in the UK. The scooter is brand new but was imported around December 2016 by Direct Bikes. We have all the relevant paperwork but DVLA require the date of manufacture before they will register and tax thre bike. Direct Bikes are next to useless and not responding to my e mails. Can anyone offer any advice on how to find out the date of manufacture?
