Hi I have an 2009 aerox rossi rep, it has a leo vince tt pipe on it and was jetted correctly I think well a 68 jet was put in up from the standard 62 .I am also using the stock air filter ,the problem is that after say I tanked it along a road for a while and came to a junction when I come to pull out its very slow ,sluggish and then it picks up which is very dangerous. Its not the auto chuck or belt clutch slipping don't know whats doing it any help would be appreciated..

Had had the same problem with my aerox engine and if im being honest it went down hill from there because the fault was a mixture of minor Tuning issues and failing parts which added up to a decent amount before id finished.

    Hi Pablo
going on what you said it could be transmission (rear spring is tired/corrector needs a clean & re-grease- or just a little heavy on rollers) or it could be a carb issue (too poor/rich on the air screw/needle). Before you muck about with the carb, I'd have the entire transmission apart and clean (turps) & regrease (propper thick axle grease in the rear corrector mechanism) and a tush on the variator slider - put it back together & see what that does. Clean all the excess grease before re-assembly. Do not grease the variator. Only turps & a tush with a rag.

Correctors slide back & forth all day long, spin fast & get hot. They need some attention now and again. The grease flies off & what's left turns to chewing gum. Whilre you're at it - get a new spring. - and drop the transmission oil out of it & put 110 ml of new in there.

    Good luck -

I basically had to do all of those things! Should sort it for you though as it did for me :)
