cut the 61 down on kims 4 banger today ,cant really hear it on vvid but it does sound nice

Unless you want the stock look, I agree bars look much nicer.

Shiny where did you get the mirror from? I want to put one under my bars left of the throttle grip so I don't have to glance round for overtaking

not saying your one lol,

i said shiny shouldn't get them as so many people have them on this forum so its probably more original to keep the original panel.

a lot of people go down the some road with modding (nrg wheels, renthals, lc typh, tnt lights, runner forks, etc etc)

not really much point changing the standard item any more as its not unique
because its what every one else is doing, so its a waste of money really.

yeah i hear it.. but, its a modification so there is still a point doing it. i think it improves the handling (with the right bars) and makes wheelies much easier and more stable when youre up (i know shiny's missis aint gonna be wheelying, dont think so anyway :eh: )

but yeah, just because everyone is doing it doesnt mean its a bad idea

 

nah its not a bad idea, just scooter modding's a reflection of individualism, and if every one does the same thing it takes the individuality out of it.

of cause a performance modification an exception, but i see renthals as cosmetic mod.
il have to take your word for it if your say they improve handling as iv not rode a bike with them.

guess it all comes down to what shiny's lady favours

don't know about that, but if any thing they make the bike less aerodynamic so im not sure where rideorcollides performance gains come from.

its like saying a r6 would handle better with Renthals over clip on's .

there is nothing wrong with putting them on your bike other then every one else does the same thing :this:
