im in need of lighter rollers - im not goung to do this but just seeing if it was possible - would yopu be able to make lighter rollers by removing the inside metal/removing outside plastic/runnig none at all / ussing a drill to bore a slighty larger hole in the middle ? cheers - tom
dont take any material off the plastic outside of the roller... yes you can bore some metal from the inside to lighten them... but only if you understand what you are doing!!
now i know its feasable im interested all i understand it as is star with a drill bit that fits the whole and go one size bigger each time until you reach your target weight and make sure all the different rollers are equal weight
