i was riding to my mates house last nite doin about 40ish when a car just pulled out in frount of me. i did my best to stop but unfortunatly the bike startred to skid i crashed into his rear door came off ect.
thankfully im ok with only minor injurys.
but my bike is another story....
    the frount pannel is smashed
    forks bent (touching belly pannel)
    clocks/ brake leaver broke
the main thing is the engine i tryed to start it but its loosing compression
when i try to turn the engine over it sparks but makes a noise like air is escaping??

    loose airbox/carb ?
    broken reeds ?
    blown gasket ?

only way of telling is by having a look ;)

i stripped the bike down this morning, the carb isint blocked or flooded and took out the reedblock and the reeds are fine, but when i took out the spark plug it wasent wet i can see the fuel goin through the pipe but i dont think any fuel is goin into the engine.

well if your not gettin petrol through and poor compression i would check piston rings.

it was fine, then you crashed, it doesent work.. somthing is broken so wont be a simple diagnosis.. check for cracks/splits in the engine first off.
