Fuck sake earlier today was driving and an astra decided to stop for no reason, i skidded went sidewards and straight up his ass smashed all my plastics in and bent a bit of the frame, but the frame is repairable. The bloke agreed not to get insurance involved and i did £431 damage to his car, Where is best place to get standard plastics from (easyparts.nl ?)

The morale of the story is give cars shit loads of space because they can brake harder than you!

you have the contact patch of a cradit card on the road, they have that of about 10 credit cards, therefore 10 times the grip.

Hope your'e ok and your'e lucky its not going through the insurance. make sure that bike is streight before you ride it again.

you should of told the police and insurance tbh, if you say he slamed on for no reason, he is at fault, if its not been 24 hours contact the police to report it.

Best bet is not to bother, you run in the back of someone, its automatically your fault in the eyes of the law.

yeah wobblys right, as far as law/insurance are concerned,

you should be travelling at a safe distance away from the car in front,
that way if a black dog runs out in front of the car and he slams on the brakes,
you dont smash into the back of him ;)

oh well you live and you learn, we were all young once, put it down to experiance...and..............keep your distance :bah: :hitit:

its darker harder to see at night etc !

Lol i got to ask what speed were you doing? Also you okay mate?

Oh yeah pobably best not to get insurance companies and that involved would take ages etc.. plus it would be viewed as your fault anyway so it would be claims of your insurance not his XD.

Nice one though nearly £500 worth of damage plus a resprayed panel XD.

    i woudln't get insurance envolved,

think, technically you have no license and invalid insurance anyway so probably not the best of ideas :)

    hope your okay

why would of the car not bothered getting the insurance involved then, something seems dodgy, drink-driving, no insurance, tax, etc

if you got his reg no check to see if he has insurance
