Basically my crank moves left and right SLIGHTLY does that mean my crank is seized? Just bought a 70CC Kit because the old kit was messed up and i bought the bike like this as repairs..
No not necessarily, there should be some side to side play. It's called crank end float. If it's in unknown condition and is getting a 70 kit I would fit a new one for safety's sake.
