when my ped was running the front pulley fell off and obviously rubbed against the spinning crank. This completely rounded the pulley splines, so i got a new pulley and it will not slide on because the crank spplines are slightly worn. Will this mean i need to replace my crank? Thanks

Or you can try file the splines with a very small file to try get the pulley to fit.

but if you can afford to, then it's better to get a new crank as if they are worn they get more worn then you could end up with a crank thats no good anyway. may or may not happen.

If you're in a position to, swap the crank. Seems like you've done a lot of work to your scoot so I'm guessing it's going to be kept for a while, always best to upgrade to prevent fault's than causing and fixing. :)
