Hello I got a Piaggio Typhoon 08 Plate, and my Crank Splines where the Variator and front pulley sits are half worn away, Also the Shaft that goes through the variator has started making a fairly deep round into the crankshaft splines. Is there anyone I can work round this? Or do I need a new Crank?

Will when I get home. But a half the splines are gone, half not.

It's had it, simple as. To keep using it is risking a really bad day when the engine implodes.

If your talking about splines along the length of the crank tail, then they are machined down to reduce friction etc. If it's a groove round the end of the crank about 4-5mm in from the end of the splines then it's shot it's load and need's a crank as Merlin said.
