crank shaft - fly wheel problem

    i have got a deifferent crankshaft a CPH high mass crank shaft for speedfight 2 , it says up to 2004 , witch mine is a 2001 , i put it all in and tryed to put free wheel on and on my original crank shaft it has got a raised bit that slots into the fly wheel but on the new crank theres a hole insted of a raised bit and will not fit , HELP please

    Hi

    You need to buy a woodruff key, very cheap just get one off ebay then heat the end of the crank and knock it in pretty simple.

    as said, it is a woodruff key and just nocks out of the old crank with a screwy/hammer... just swap it over. as for why your changing cranks wiht no idea what a woodruff key is i wont ask. i can but wish you the best of luck
