Truthfully its been through 4 previous owners before it got to me and by the time it got to me it was shagged. Wouldn't have a clue whats been modified as I know bugger all about engines, what I can tell you is Ive stripped it, fixed a bunch of mechanical issues and leaks, (haynes...) and recently I took it for a 300+ mile round trip to Norwich without much of a problem.

I get about 65mph on a flat straight at max but most of the time I tootle along at 55 if on a long journey.

Currently has a technicians can, about to evo the panels, install heated grips and seat, and all my lamps are going to LED. I know fcuk all about engines but I`m fairly good with electronics. :)

OOOOOOO what ya got and what color are your spare panels ? :) hell im in need of quite a bit :(

I have been requesting an address off a guy from here with spare parts so I can post him a postal order but its like pulling teeth and I`m rather desperate. Happy to hend you monies in person If you have bits that could help.

    Needed Parts List:

    Priority 1)
    fuel tap
    right hand wing mirror
    left hand break lever

    Priority 2)
    Carb,
    Air filter boxing,
    Kick starter pinion parts,
    panels,
    exhaust,
    various bolts, screws, washers,
    indicator covers,
    gaskets for just about everything,

    And more besides.

In buying the bike (£400) and then the MOT (£400) I know Ive probably spent more than its value, but its my first moped and Ive kind of fallen for the infernal machine. Despite the fact that it occasionally cuts out at 60mph and nearly kills me, much like 20 mins ago on the A444 in front of a lorry...

Would be interested in a list of items and prices if you get a mo, ;)

fuel taps are cheap and there universal i dont think iv got a spare you could buy one off any make or model scooter most makes are the same.. try ebay.
iv got afew levers around the garage ill round them up, and i used to run my speedfight with one or sometimes no mirrors im not sure if the regulations have changed recently but it never failed the mot and the rozzers didnt say anything.

or you could convert to manual fuel tap.. http://www.scootershack.co.uk/threads/guide-modifying-vacuum-petcock-to-a-manual.29525/#post-279681
