Could kill someone right now

Just received a claim against me from the bike accident i had last year.
the guy is claiming for £470 for his car
£1890 for car rental
+ Whiplash

Now i really dont know what to do here as i was insured when the accident happened so why am i getting this letter?

Need some advice...... appart from CHIN THE CUNT

And torch his house tommorow night as his address is on the letter.

 

Did yous swap insurance details? If not rubber the cunt and tell him it should have been dealt with when the accident happened. He threatens you with the police, how can they proove it was you?

 

Send him a envolope full of shit. You know the rest of the line.

What actually happened, as in the crash? Were you liable?

 

I wsa found liable and guilty at court for driving without due care and attention.

Few weeks later this letter comes through the post.....

 

The insurance company who you were with at the time of the accident is liable. refer it to them.
