cought speeding

I got flashed today in a tunnel which means i was doing over 30mph so i was wondering, if i put a restrictor back on my ped n say its been restricted the whole time what the likely outcome?

 

They'll know it was derestricted at the time of the incident. You could argue that the camera's faulty but if there are lines on the road as speed markers you are shit outta luck me thinks

 

would i get in shit for havin it de-restricted im only 16 lol

does'nt sound good to me mate. you might be in luck, most cameras go off all the time if there is no filmeft in it. you will just have to wait and see mate.

 

If you put the restrictors back in then get the bike on a dyno and show them the graphs to prove its topspeed is 29-30mph so you couldnt possibly be speeding then you might get away with it, but if they prove you wrong then your getting a fine and maybe 3 points on your licence. The fine will probably be cheaper than getting the bike on a dyno anyway lol

 

yeah the likely out come is that you will get a fine or an invode on your insurance because your only 16 and limited to 31mph thats only if you play your face about it, i would recommend waiting and pay the fine and take it as a slap on the wrist

you lot are lukier last year got pulled over by traffic police and were on about taking the head off my bike to measure the diameter of the piston hock: obviersly down to the noise of the bike luickily it was pissing down and they told me its my lucky day that none of the 3 officers wanted to be driving in this weather. Wheather or not they were trying to shake me up, they done a good job fort i was saying good by to my 180 registered as a 50 oh and at the time i was only 16 lol

I had a ticket 5 weeks after gettin caught, theres no time limit, nd as far as the speed terro is rite all automated u'll be sound.
