correct setup for my ped ?? :S

    after christmas i will b buyin a new setup for my ped and wanted people opinion on it ??

    stage 6 pro exhaust
    naraku sport vairiator
    doppler reed block
    naraku 112mm clutch
    polini racing belt
    motoforce derestricted inlet manifold and gasket
    stage 6 small airfilter

    once all this is ok and fitted i will fit a motoforce 70cc sport kit
    i will also be up jetting the carb and possibly buyin a new one once i have the money lol

    if any one can give me useful advice it would b gd to hear it

    you will struggle to set that up, with that exhaust, the sport pro, is peakier than the pro replica, people run it on stage six racing 70cc kits, certainly the singled ringed alu S6 sport pro cylinder. So it isn't going to work well, with your 50cc set-up.

    Save the exhaust until you have the cylinder on, and the cheaper replica, would be better matched. And you will be setting up the variator and clutch twice, the moment you stick the exhaust and cylinder on. Get it all running on the air-box first, all run in, be easier and safer.

    I think the simplest set up is, to put the cylinder on with the exhaust and induction goodies, upjet the existing carb using the air box. As for the clutch, a packet of stiffer springs would get you up and running. The variator might as well go on with the above, as the exhaust alone will warrant lighter rollers.

    just drop the exhaust from the pro, to the replica, some £30 cheaper.

    What bike are you using ? 112mm seems very big for a clutch. They're normally 107mm.
