hey there, this is my first post on here so hi basically i have acquired an aerox that has some decent parts on, malossi crank, mhr 70s kit, yasuni exhaust ect ect,it has come from an auction so i have no idea on the history of it but i have built some good peds in my time.... the bike runs spot on but im having an issue with the coolant frothing and expanding to the point of forcing its way out of the tank lid, so i have changed the water pump for a stage 6 oversized one, same result, then changed it to an auxiliary water pump, same result, only thing i could think of now would be the head gasket or similar but the bike isnt getting drowned by coolant in the cylinder and in my experience thats what would be happening but the bike starts first kick every time..... Any ideas?
Neither, after filling and bleeding I make sure the tank is half between min and full, each time I've taken it apart I have flushed the system with water then refilled with coolant mix
