    Hey,

My ped currently has no coolant as the crank has been split for a new water pump!

I'm adding coolant tomorrow but have a few questions regarding the bleeding.

There is a nipple on the top of the head that I understand will be for letting the air out as I add coolant to the expansion tank. The thermostat will be shut at this point so the pipe leaving the had will be empty. If I them run the engine till the thermostat opens do I just keep adding water and use the nipple to let the air out?

I'm not explaining very well so is there any intruction anywhere as to how to bleed a gilera dna 50?

    Thanks!

just fill water bottle in the dummy storage tank just above the max line on the bottle then get the bike up to running temperature and undo the nipple about 2 turns and wait for coolant to come out steady, then tighten
nipple (careful not to over tighten) then check bottle is topped up to the max level. Job done
