contra springs and roller help

I got a speedshite lol and im running the mhr rep, i bought the polini variator kit a while back and it came with the blue and white contra spring... which is stiffest?
Also i have some 7.7g rollers and some 4.5g rollers. would it be ok to mix them to give me 6.1 or is the difference between them to great?

Yeah you can mix them....make sure you balance them properly like one 5.5 and 1 7.0 etc

And dont leave them on there for long....once you found the correct weight

if its the polini contra springs youve got, then blue is the stiffer out of the 2

 

i think so it came with the variator??? polini eco kit
