contra spring.. (whist my clutch is apart)

i got polini white in there ?

shall i put the blue in? or just leave the white?

The white is about right for a sports set up....

Thats what im useing on mine....i have tried the blue, but it wasnt as good.

But if you like give the blue a go....it dont take long to change a contra spring..
i would be interested to see if you got the same results as me

 

Hey, just to stop starting a new thread...

Is it worth changing my contra spring from the stock one as its done 7000miles, and im changing pipe etc, ive got a spring so its not going to cost me anything, just wondering if i should wang it in
