So my speedo is fucked, as are my front indicators & my scoot will be due its m.o.t soon.

Is it difficult to do a handlebar conversion? The way I see it is that i'd like to do it at some point anyway and rather than fork out to fix the speedo and front indicators, just take them off completely while they are fucked and use the money i'd have used for reairs/replacements towards the conversion instead.

Will a scoot with rear indicators only still pass an m.o.t? Will the rear ones even work without front ones on? I know sod all about electrics.

    Cheers.

you will need front indicators but these cost me £10.16 online

just pick up a cheap stem and cheap handle bars
