confused about an 80cc bore kit?

    I am going to look at a new bike on saturday, after talking to the owner he said it has been bored up to an 80cc, he said it was a malossi 80cc kit, do these even exist for a piaggio typhoon? I just wanted to clear this up before i go and have a look at, not 100% sure i trust him to be honest!

    you can get them made i think polini do a 85cc kit

    Not for a typhoon they don't. No such thing for a typhoon.

    Theres you standard 50cc... then goes up to 70-72cc 86cc and 94 i believe. But company's do make custom cylinders but they are very expensive.

    but there was a typh 80 wasnt there it could be a typh engine in there

    But not for a typhoon. Which is what this topic is about.

    If it was a typhoon 80 it would either be an 80 on the look book or would have a very old weird looking engine in it. If the owner said it had a kit but got the cc wrong that is a lot more likely.
