Clutch Bell? Hold the rear brake on... if you can't hold the wheel whilst undoing the nut

x2, If its real tight get someone to sit on it (both wheels on ground) while they hold the brake and you undo the nut.

i use a ruber belt tool thing
before that i either used the brake or jamed a old hammer in wheel and engine and i sometimes use a impact wrench

get an old seatbelt out of a scrapyard and a set of mole grips.. pintch the belt round the bell and hold the grips, as you turn it will get tighter ;)
